2000–01 Iowa State Cyclones men's basketball team
The 2000–01 Iowa State Cyclones men's basketball team represents Iowa State University in the 2000–01 college basketball season. The team was led by third-year head coach Larry Eustachy. In 1999–2000, the Cyclones finished 32–5 (14–2 in the Big 12 Conference). The captains were Paul Shirley, Jamaal Tinsley, and Kantrail Horton.

Jamaal Tinsley was named the Big 12 Conference Preseason Player of the Year, as well as to the Preseason All-Big 12 Conference First Team.
